The goal of all our programs is to teach good people great Jiu-Jitsu! There are Jiu-Jitsu classes for anyone looking to train. We have lessons for kids split between two age groups as well as separate teens and adults programs. Foundational Skills for
Everyone
Little Kids Jiu-Jitsu (ages 4-6)
Our Little Kid’s Jiu-Jitsu classes are designed specifically for young kids, providing a fun and safe introduction to the world of Jiu-Jitsu. In these classes, children learn fundamental techniques and principles while developing important life skills like focus, discipline, and respect. Check out the program page to learn more.
Big Kids Jiu-Jitsu (ages 7+)
Our Big Kid’s Jiu-Jitsu classes are specially designed for young practitioners. In these classes, your child will not only learn effective self-defense techniques but also develop essential life skills such as confidence, discipline, and respect. Check out the program page to learn more.
Teens Jiu-Jitsu
Our Teens Jiu-Jitsu classes are designed to help prepare children that are aging out of the kid’s program for the transition to adult Jiu-Jitsu classes.
